We are no longer renting this property.

Two-week minimum preferred. ("Leftover" weeks will be leased individually.) Rates listed are per week; stepped discounts apply at 2 and 4 weeks.

Weekly Rate/Other Fees: The weekly rate does not include security deposit or cleaning fee.

Security Deposit: $500, preferably in a separate check. Multi-week rentals do not incur multiple deposits.

Cleaning Fee: $150. This is passed through to our cleaners.

Restrictions:

	No smoking
	No pets.
